Live A Rad Life exists to make the outdoors feel accessible, welcoming, and inspiring for every woman. Through honest storytelling, gear guidance, movement motivation, and community events, I help women discover how empowering the outdoors can make you feel.

The IG to IRL Friends meet once a month in Colorado to turn online acquaintances into real life friendships!
Together, we can normalize getting outside in small, meaningful ways: sunrise dog walks, rollerblading, hiking after work, biking for the joy of it, climbing for fun. We don’t need to be “hardcore” to belong in outdoor spaces.
